Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you need to return an item, review our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Some baby clothing items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may affect delivery times depending on the item’s origin.

Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate Shipping: £5.99 per order
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100(where applicable)
• Your final shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on product origin and supplier location.
• Please note: Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.
