🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Baby bodysuits, underwear, or socks (if opened/used)
Personalised or custom-made baby clothing
Clearance items marked "Final Sale"

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
