Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition. For delivery timelines and postage details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Baby bodysuits, underwear, or socks (if opened/used)
• Personalised or custom-made baby clothing
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For legal terms, visit our Terms of Service
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
